September 22, 2026Anti-gender narratives increasingly circulate through digital platforms, shaping public discourse and organizational practice across Central and Eastern European (CEE) and Neighbouring and Mediterranean (NME) countries. Drawing on an organizational and communication perspective, this lecture examines how digital resistance strategies are mobilized to counter such narratives, with particular attention to the role of inclusive leadership, workplace gender representation, and civil-society communication practices. The lecture discusses how research on gender-inclusive organizational behavior can inform the design and evaluation of digital counter-narrative strategies, and highlights comparative insights across the CEE and NME regions.
